Frequently asked questions.

Do you accept dogs that aren’t spayed or neutered?

Yes! This is not an issue. Depending on what you would like for your pet we can accommodate accordingly! We can socialize them, but we may have two dogs that are both not fixed so we will NOT put them in the same group if being social!

my dog isn’t social is this an issue?

Not at all! We believe all dogs are good dogs, that’s including dogs who can’t play well with others! Our facility was set up for both types of dogs. Our non-social side is more private with cider block walls instead of the social side which has chain link between them.

What all should i bring with us for the stay?

We recommend bringing your own food (we do have a house food if you forget), so we don’t upset their stomach. We also recommend you bring your own bedding as it will smell like home and comfort them in a new place! (we also carry beds for just in case situations). You may bring bones, toys, treats, etc. Basically anything that will help them feel more comfortable! We have our own bowls but if your dog needs a slow feeder bowl or a shallow dish, feel free to bring them.

do you do tours?

We do! Typically we offer tours in our pick up and drop off time slots from either 9-12 or 4-6 and depending on capacity. With higher capacity we don’t like to stress the dogs out by bringing people in, as it can get all the dogs excited.
